After receiving the initial requirements of a future house our architects will prepare drawings - even for the most unexpected solutions. Elements of the house are prepared in our new production hall. Their dimensions are restricted only by transport possibilities. Ready-made elements of walls, ceilings and roofs are loaded on trucks straightaway from the production hall. Assembly of a house takes 2-3 days of crane work. Roof is ready after 3-5 days and finishing work is carried out during the next 2-3 weeks. Current requirements related to energy-efficient solutions and new trends in the building industry result in 20 - 40 cm of thermal insulation in walls and roofs. Moreover, incorporated mechanical ventilation systems help in warmth retention and other elements fulfil the most sophisticated wishes of our customers. The production process is much shorter thanks to taking it to the shop floor. So you can move to your dream house (new, comfortable) very quickly. Very energy-saving house; coefficient k=0,19; the lower it is the bigger amount of money you can safe. In our houses the walls and the roof is automatically thermal insulation. "Dry" technology - we don't use water in the production process, and the whole assembly of the prefabricated elements takes 3-4 days so there is no possibility to have damp in your future house.
